Dear Families,

It doesn't seem like an entire school year is coming to a close. It doesn't seem that long ago that we were comforting nervous children and just getting to know each other. As the school year draws to a close, I've been working on end-of-the-year progress reports and assessments of the children. You will receive your copy of your child's progress report next week along with the scoring page for the kindergarten readiness assessment given to each student. If you have any questions about your child's progress, let me know.

One of the most exciting things is watching children grow in their faith throughout the school year. I pray that they will continue to grow in their faith and be a reflection of God's love throughout their lives.

Yearbooks will be distributed next week, and the entire school will have a yearbook signing time in the cafeteria next week.

The last day of school is on Friday, May 25. We will go to a closing chapel service, followed by our awards ceremony at 9:00 a.m. Parents are encouraged to join us at chapel. We will dismiss after the awards ceremony (usually at about 10:30 a.m.). Daycare will be available in the afternoon, but children will need a lunch from home.

It has been my pleasure to work with your family this year. Thank you for the support you've given to your child and to me. I will miss everyone who will not be a part of our St. Paul's family next year and pray that God continues to bless your family.

God's Blessings,

Amie DeFord
